Refund Policy

1. Overview

Bravendix provides digital research products and intelligence services. Because all content is delivered digitally upon purchase or activation — and access to proprietary research, frameworks, and analytical tools is granted immediately — our refund policy is strictly limited. We encourage all prospective members to carefully review our free content before subscribing.

Bravendix Free Tier content is publicly available before any purchase. We strongly encourage prospective Premium and Black subscribers to evaluate our free weekly memos and publicly accessible insights prior to committing to a paid membership.

2. Free Tier

The Free weekly Zero-Noise Memo is provided at no cost. No payment is required and therefore no refunds apply to the Free Tier. You may unsubscribe from the Free Memo at any time through the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@bravendix.com.

3. Premium Tier — $299 per year

All sales of the Premium membership are final.

• Once you have been granted access to the Premium tier and any deep-dive report, data model, valuation framework, tracking tool, or weekly intelligence memo has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
• Digital content is considered delivered upon access to the member portal or upon the first email delivery of any Premium content following subscription.
• We strongly encourage you to review all publicly available Free Tier content before subscribing to Premium to ensure the service meets your expectations and research needs.
• Refunds will only be considered in strictly exceptional circumstances, such as a verified technical billing error resulting in a duplicate charge, and are granted solely at the discretion of Bravendix.
• Dissatisfaction with content, change of mind, or non-usage does not constitute grounds for a refund once access has been granted and content has been delivered.

4. Bravendix Black — $5,000 per year

All payments for Bravendix Black are non-refundable.

• Bravendix Black is a private, high-touch intelligence tier involving bespoke research, selective access, limited availability, and significant preparation on our part prior to and following onboarding.
• Because of the personalised and exclusive nature of this tier, the full cost of engagement is incurred from the moment access is granted. No refund is available once an application is approved and access is confirmed.
• We strongly recommend completing the full application process and, where applicable, an introductory discussion to ensure strong alignment before committing to Bravendix Black.

5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

• Both Premium and Bravendix Black memberships auto-renew annually on the anniversary of your original subscription date unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contactingsupport@bravendix.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your membership until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription term following cancellation.
• If you cancel and later wish to re-subscribe, standard pricing at the time of re-subscription will apply.

6. General Refund Terms

• Any approved refund — granted solely in exceptional circumstances as outlined above — will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse, repeated cancellation patterns, or violation of our Terms of Use.
• Refunds will not be issued for partial usage, dissatisfaction with content tone or scope, changes in personal circumstances, or after access has been granted and any content has been delivered.
• Chargebacks initiated through your bank or card provider without first contacting Bravendix will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your membership.

7. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the strictly exceptional circumstances outlined above, please contact us at support@bravendix.com with the following information:

• Your full name and registered email address.
• Your order or subscription reference number.
• A clear description of the reason for your refund request.
• Any supporting documentation relevant to your request (e.g., evidence of a duplicate charge).

We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5 business days. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
