1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Bravendix (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using bravendix.com, subscribing to any of our membership tiers, or receiving any of our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our platform and services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Bravendix provides independent AI research and intelligence across three access tiers:

• Free Tier:Weekly Zero-Noise Memo — a concise, high-signal memo published every week covering AI infrastructure, models, and capital flows. Available upon account registration.
• Premium Tier ($299/year):Monthly 20-30 page deep-dive reports, AI stack analysis, inference economics, moat mapping, data models, tracking systems, and valuation frameworks with updates.
• Bravendix Black ($5,000/year):Full access to all research, private intelligence, bespoke analytical frameworks, direct intelligence briefings, and early access to new research. Access is selective and granted upon alignment.

All content across all tiers is for informational and educational purposes only. None of it constitutes investment advice, financial recommendations, or personalised financial services of any kind.

3. No Investment Advice

Bravendix does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or personalised financial services. All research, frameworks, and insights are general in nature and should not be construed as advice to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, asset, or financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult a qualified financial adviser, legal counsel, and tax professional before making any investment or financial decision. Bravendix expressly disclaims all liability for investment decisions made in reliance on our content.

4. User Eligibility

By accessing Bravendix, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are accessing our platform for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.
• If accessing Bravendix Black, you are a qualified institutional investor, family office, professional allocator, or operator with a legitimate business need for our intelligence services.
• You will not access our platform on behalf of any person or entity in violation of applicable law or regulation.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium membership is $299 per year and auto-renews annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Bravendix Black is $5,000 per year and auto-renews annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable plan on a recurring basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, model maps, reports, data models, valuation tools, tracking systems, and materials provided by Bravendix are our exclusive intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content solely for your own internal business or investment research purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any Bravendix content without prior written permission.
• Create derivative works based on our content, frameworks, or methodologies.
• Use our content for commercial purposes, including resale or redistribution.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or attributions from our materials.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense our content to any third party.
• Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or replicate our frameworks, methodologies, or analytical systems.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Bravendix or impersonate Bravendix in any manner.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our platform or services.
• Use automated means, scrapers, or bots to access or extract content from our platform.
• Circumvent any access controls, authentication systems, or membership restrictions.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bravendix.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Bravendix shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

9. Disclaimers

Our services and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravendix disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of or reliance on our services or content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bravendix, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Bravendix in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued access would be harmful to our platform, members, or operations.

Upon termination, your right to access our content and services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of Bravendix shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bravendix with respect to your use of our platform and services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and Bravendix on the same subject matter.
